Notice to all students.

As the new school year has now begun, there are certain things that need to be said, and rules that must be clarified for those of you who are new to this school.

1. The most important rule, not only for your own safety, but for the safety of those around yourself, too, it is stongly suggested that you keep your real identity hidden from others.

2. Any student caught skipping class shall be punished. On the first strike you will loose all priveleges with extra curicular activities, such as Dances, Duels, etc. After that, punishment will be decided on a case to case basis.

3. Do not abuse your magic. Do not use your magic outside of class unless you are in a specified, authorized duel with another student or teacher. This is for your own safety.

4. Leaving the campus is strictly prohibited. You may not leave the property unless you are under the supervision of a Professor or of another member of the staff, or under other special circumstances authorized by the Administration.

5. Being on grounds after hours is prohibited. The lights out times is 11:00, and if any students are caught on the grounds after this time they will be punished.

6. No Alcohol or any other narcotic substance allowed on campus. If any student is caught with substances on them, then they will be severly punished.

7. No weapons are to be drawn on campus, unless it is an authorized duel. Anyone caught threatening another with a weapon will be severly punished, and will loose all priveleges.

I'm sure if you all follow these basic rules that you will get along great here. Remember, this school is for you, so please, treat it with Respect.
